Refund policy
Alberta sets these rules, not the college. They apply to every licensed program and they can't be waived.
Four business days, no questions
If you cancel within four business days of signing your enrolment contract, you get a full refund of all tuition and fees, including the registration fee.
After your program starts
| How much of the program you've completed | College retains |
|---|---|
| 10% or less | 25% of tuition |
| More than 10%, up to 50% | 60% of tuition |
| More than 50% | 100% of tuition |
- Refunds are paid within 30 days of the contract ending.
- If a student loan funded your tuition, the refund goes to the lender first.
- Books, materials, supplies, printing, parking and equipment are not refundable.
- The registration fee is capped at $500 and is credited against your tuition.
